How to Register as a Patient at Turncroft Dental Practice

We welcome new NHS and private patients to our friendly dental practice in Offerton, Stockport. Whether you’re looking for routine check-ups, cosmetic treatments, or emergency care, our team is here to help you maintain a healthy, confident smile.

  • Children – either NHS or private, with a focus on gentle, preventive care
  • Emergency dental patients who may wish to continue with ongoing care

Registering with us is quick and simple. Here’s what to do:

  1. Discuss Your Options
    After your first appointment, we’ll recommend a personalised care plan and explain any fees.
  2. Contact the Practice
    Call us on 0161 480 3822 or Contact Us Online to check current availability for NHS or private places.
  3. Book Your First Appointment
    We’ll arrange a convenient time for your initial examination, which includes a full dental health check.
  4. Complete a Medical History Form
    This ensures we understand your health background before providing treatment.

NHS Registration – Affordable, standardised treatment costs, subject to NHS banding.

Private Registration – Wider range of treatment options, shorter waiting times, and advanced cosmetic care.

If you’re unsure which is best for you, our team can explain the benefits of each and help you choose the right route for your needs.

To remain registered as an NHS patient, you’ll need to attend your scheduled check-ups. If you miss several appointments, you may lose your place and have to re-register. Private patients can book appointments as needed.
